Buying
Will the file I download have a watermark?
No. Previews on the website are watermarked; the file you download after payment is the clean original.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay.
Downloads
Where do I find my files after paying?
Sign in and open My Downloads. Every file you bought is listed there with a Download button.
How many times can I download a file?
Each purchased file can be downloaded a limited number of times (shown next to the button). If a download fails, try again within a few minutes — a retry does not use up another download.
Files
What is the difference between the BMP and JPG versions?
BMP keeps every pixel exactly as drawn and is what looms and jacquard software expect. JPG is smaller and suits printing, sampling and reference work.
What do EPI, PPI and hooks mean?
EPI is ends (warp threads) per inch, PPI is picks (weft threads) per inch, and hooks is the jacquard size the design is drawn for. See our Resolution guide for details.
