Design files are digital goods delivered instantly. Please study the watermarked preview and the file details (format, EPI, PPI, hooks) before buying.

When we refund

• Payment was taken but the file never became available in My Downloads.
• You were charged twice for the same file.
• The file is damaged and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Write to us with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, and access to the refunded file is withdrawn.
